Fitness doesn’t have a body type or personality, it’s for everybody and every body.

At the end of the day it’s about finding what works for you and your lifestyle.

Whether it’s in a studio environment or in the great outdoors, my main focus is resistance/strength training to make you feel great physically and mentally. Working to a programme that will be tailored to your strengths, weaknesses and what you enjoy, my aim is to help you find a routine that becomes part of your lifestyle.

A complimentary consultation to talk about your goals, what you’re looking for in a trainer and to make sure I’m the right fit for you (because who wants to train with someone who doesn’t “get” them?)

Training with me, we’ll make sure exercise becomes something that naturally fits into your lifestyle rather than something you feel you ought to shoehorn in

Together we’ll set new and challenging goals while making sure that the workouts keep you engaged and motivated

We’ll factor in any injuries, illnesses or conditions

And tailor sessions to looking to either strengthen weaker areas or work to help any problem areas

SURREY

Personal Training sessions can take place across Surrey around the Oxshott/Claygate/Cobham/Epsom/Surbiton area from the comfort of your own home or local park

Alternatively, we can train at my private studio, The Barn KT9, on my farm in Malden Rushett.

SW LONDON

Personal Training sessions can take place in Battersea, Wandsworth, Clapham, Earlsfield and Putney if you’re looking to train from the comfort of your own home or local park.

Alternatively, we can train in my private studio in Wandsworth at Local Motion.

1:1 Training

My training sessions are all about you.

Your dislikes, what weaknesses need to be turned into strengths and what makes you tick. Together we’ll create a tailored training plan to work towards your goals, to fit with your routine and also what resources you have available.

Small Group Training / Couples Training

Often people find that they prefer to workout with a friend or partner.

When there’s more than one of you, it’s often more fun and motivating, especially bringing a healthy bit of competition. If this is more your thing, please get in touch and we can arrange for training with partner/friend or group of you.

This option also helps spread the cost with a reduced rate per person.
