Whether it’s in a studio environment or in the great outdoors, my main focus is resistance/strength training to make you feel great physically and mentally. Working to a programme that will be tailored to your strengths, weaknesses and what you enjoy, my aim is to help you find a routine that becomes part of your lifestyle.
Your dislikes, what weaknesses need to be turned into strengths and what makes you tick. Together we’ll create a tailored training plan to work towards your goals, to fit with your routine and also what resources you have available.

Often people find that they prefer to workout with a friend or partner.
When there’s more than one of you, it’s often more fun and motivating, especially bringing a healthy bit of competition. If this is more your thing, please get in touch and we can arrange for training with partner/friend or group of you.
This option also helps spread the cost with a reduced rate per person.
